Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout and sales floor area
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with accuracy and accountability
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and positive manner
• Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandising as needed

Requirements:

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and processing transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
