Your Role


As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our client campaigns, helping to create positive customer experiences while supporting business growth.


Your responsibilities will include:

•  Representing client campaigns at retail locations. 
•  Engaging with customers through friendly, professional face-to-face interactions. 
•  Introducing products, services, or charitable initiatives in an informative and engaging way. 
•  Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. 
•  Guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process. 
•  Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign and sales objectives.
