RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Boutique lingerie store seeks a Lingerie Sales Associate. Hours are Sunday - Thursday 11:00am - 7:00pm. Sundays are required with 1 day off during the week. Total hours are about 32-35 hours per week. Client is seeking a personable, professional, and customer-focused Lingerie Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, sizing guidance, styling recommendations, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, sales-driven, and comfortable discussing fit and intimate apparel professionally and respectfully. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product knowledge and fit guidance for bras, lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, and related products

-Build customer relationships and create a comfortable, positive shopping experience

-Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

Process transactions accurately using the POS system

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory organization

Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts

Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally
