Nonsense Hub is hiring Retail Sales Associates to support in-person retail promotions and sales activities in the Orlando area. This position involves working directly with customers, representing established brands, and helping shoppers learn about available products, services, and promotional offers.


We're looking for individuals who can deliver a positive retail experience, communicate confidently with customers, and contribute to a productive sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers in retail and promotional settings, creating a friendly and welcoming experience.
  
  
• Approach customers proactively to introduce featured products, services, and special offers.
  
  
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and available promotions.
  
  
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products or services that meet their needs.
  
  
• Support daily retail sales activities and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
  
  
• Explain product features and benefits through engaging face-to-face conversations.
  
  
• Help interested customers complete the sign-up or purchasing process.
  
  
• Maintain an organised, professional, and approachable promotional area.
  
  
• Stay informed about current offers, product updates, and campaign changes.
  
  
• Work alongside other team members to ensure smooth daily retail operations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
