What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service – Greet pet parents, assist with product recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive sales & engagement – Educate customers on our unique offerings and help them find the perfect treats or gifts for their pups.
• Maintain store appearance – Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Master the register – Process transactions, handle returns, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Work as a team – Collaborate with co-workers to create a fun, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
• Be a brand ambassador – Share our mission and love for dogs with every customer!

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or sales experience preferred (but a great attitude is even better!)
• Passion for customer service – You love helping people and their pets!
• Strong communication skills – You can confidently assist customers and work well with teammates.
• Positive, energetic personality – You bring enthusiasm to every shift!
• Comfortable working on your feet – This is an active, hands-on role.
• Basic math & POS experience – Familiarity with handling transactions is a plus.

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must be available during the holiday season (November – January)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No Seasonal positions available
