THE BASICS OF BECOMING OUR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Competitive Pay: $16.30 - $17.00/hour
Schedule: You'll work flexible part-time shifts during our store hours, which are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sundays

YOUR DAY AS OUR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE- Working in different parts of the store to support smooth business operations
- Providing amazing customer service and helping shoppers out with whatever they need
- Serving as a cashier when assigned and accurately completing transactions
- Helping with various services as needed, including cutting glass, mixing paint, making screens, operating key machines, cutting wood/pipes, and more
- Helping manage and stock inventory
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to make every day a great one
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:- Schedule flexibility
- Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 35 lbs. independently
- Basic technology proficiency
Desired:- Hardware store department knowledge (Tools, Paint, Lawn and Garden, etc.)
