Role Description

The Retail Sales Associate role at NIKY'S SPORTS, INC. is a part-time, on-site position located in Santa Monica, CA. In this role;

• The associate assists customers in selecting soccer gear and cleats, provides product recommendations, and answers questions about brands, sizes, and performance features.

• Daily tasks include welcoming customers, processing sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining clean, organized sales floors and displays.

• The associate supports inventory management by restocking merchandise, checking stock levels, and helping with pricing and tagging.

• This role collaborates with team members to deliver a positive in-store experience and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, helpful information.

• Retail sales and general sales abilities, including handling point-of-sale systems, closing sales, and working toward individual and store targets.

• Reliability in maintaining store standards, including organization, cleanliness, and accurate handling of cash and card payments.

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

• Weekends mandatory, weekdays flexible.
