Part-Time Retail Associate – The 30A Store

The 30A Store is hiring Part-Time Retail Associates to join our team at locations along Scenic Highway 30A. We are primarily looking for team members at our Seagrove Plaza, Rosemary Beach, and Blue Mountain Beach locations.

Join a fun, energetic team representing the 30A lifestyle brand and help create an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Position: Part-Time Retail Associate
Primary Location: Seagrove Plaza
Additional Locations: Blue Mountain Beach and Rosemary Beach, as needed

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming service.

• Assist guests with merchandise selection and answer questions about products.

• Operate our Shopify POS system accurately for sales, returns, and other transactions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.

• Help with receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise.

• Ensure products are properly presented and the store maintains the 30A brand aesthetic.

• Represent The 30A Store and the 30A lifestyle brand in a positive and professional manner.

• Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to occasionally provide coverage at our nearby Blue Mountain Beach or Rosemary Beach locations.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable learning and using a POS system; Shopify experience is a plus.
