We're looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our multi-location team on Long Island and in New York City.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
  • Provide accurate information about our shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
  • Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and complete accurate shipping documentation
  • Operate store systems and printing equipment to deliver high-quality results
  • Handle mail and packages efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow within our multi-location organization

What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of previous retail or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
  • Attention to detail with strong spelling and math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
