Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of specialty products to provide informed recommendations
Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures
Replenish stock to ensure merchandise availability and organized display
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems during transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store environment
Work regularly scheduled evening and weekend shifts as required
