Overview Monmouth Cards is opening a new retail location in Framingham, Massachusetts and is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join the team. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a great in-store experience, supporting sales, and helping build a strong local community around trading cards and collectibles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
- Provide a friendly and knowledgeable in-store experience
- Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock inventory and help manage product displays
- Support store opening activities and daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in trading cards, sports, or collectibles preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
