Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience
• Drive sales by educating clients on diamond quality, jewelry collections, and product features
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and showcase arrangements
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs
• Handle special orders, repairs, and custom requests with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a commission or goal-driven environment
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand
• Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry is a plus
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
