Retail Sales Associate - Women's Fashion

Client Overview:
A leading women's fashion/apparel brand seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate - Women's Fashion to support its retail operations.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a temporary assignment starting October 5th, with potential to extend based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a polished, professional approach when working with customers.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate - Women's Fashion:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Support daily retail store operations and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
• Assist with maintaining merchandise presentation and organization.
• Support the team with additional store responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate - Women's Fashion:

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and personable approach with customers.
• Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Availability for scheduled 10:30 AM-7:30 PM shifts.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate - Women's Fashion:

• Women's retail or fashion experience strongly preferred.
• Premium or luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a customer-facing retail environment.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
