As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Assistant, you'll represent recognised client brands, engage directly with customers, and support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll develop practical experience in communication, relationship building, sales, and marketing while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

• Representing recognised brands through customer acquisition and promotional campaigns
• Engaging with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Providing information about products, services, and current promotions
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience while building positive relationships
• Learning effective customer engagement and sales techniques through ongoing coaching
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to support campaign success

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. You may already have experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, promotions, customer service, or face-to-face sales. Equally, if you're looking to transfer your people skills into a new industry or are beginning your career after graduating, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided, so your attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm are far more important than your background.
