The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known family-owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales & Inventory Associate to support daily department operations and provide excellent customer service.
In this role you will maintain product displays, assist with inventory, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced team environment.
Schedule: Full-Time | 40-45 hrs./week | Weekends & Evenings as needed
What You’ll Do
- Manage inventory levels and maintain high standards of merchandising and display
- Greet customers, answer product questions and phone inquiries, and assist customers
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FEFO guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and managing inventory deliveries
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and support checkout operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, basic math, and teamwork skills
