The Retail Sales Manager is a leadership position with oversight and accountability for all aspects of marketing and merchandising of Alpine Home Medical's retail stores.
A successful Retail Sales Manager is an experienced professional who is well-versed in store layout and design as well as retail/customer psychology. A successful candidate will be sales-minded with an acute sense of marketing trends in the industry and can quickly assess performance indicators and make necessary changes/recommendations to enhance the overall sales performance of a given branch.
This position will have responsibility for the retail/marketing strategy, which includes (but is not limited to) showroom layout and design, staff training and development, product promoting and upselling techniques, and vendor partnerships. The goal of this position is not only to enhance the marketing experience, but to help drive retail sales and close rates. It is expected that the Retail Sales Manager will have tangible results and is accountable to senior management for the development of each store's marketing strategy and implementation (including training and follow-up with staff).
This position will work under the direction of the President of Alpine Home Medical.
