We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Retail Sales and Operations Specialist to lead our showroom experience from consultative sales through post-installation follow-up. You'll guide clients through product selection, schedule in-home measures, generate quotes, and manage projects to completion using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics POS. This role includes processing payments, coordinating deliveries, setting clear service expectations, and ensuring all jobs are closed out and paid.
Operationally, you'll maintain showroom readiness, receive product shipments (forklift training provided), assist walk-ins, and support events and builder/designer traffic. You'll also collaborate with marketing and the Territory Manager on home shows and showroom events, while covering teammates as needed to ensure a consistent, five-star experience for every client.
