Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and build value in the vehicle and dealership
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
  • Make daily outbound calls and set appointments
  • Work with sales managers to structure and close deals
  • Overcome objections and guide customers through the buying process
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Sales Associate Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Weekend availability required
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
