We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Equipment Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves both retail sales and customer service, as well as operating a company vehicle for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers
- Safely operate and drive a 16 ft. box truck for deliveries
- Load and unload equipment as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support showroom organization, restocking, and merchandising
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive and maneuver a 16 ft. box truck
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment with proper tools/assistance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor
