Responsibilities


Join Brightstar Lottery and help grow sales by supporting retail partners, executing in-store strategies, and building strong relationships across your assigned territory.


The territory is Cabell and Wayne counties. Candidate must live in or near territory.


What You’ll Do


+ Build strong relationships with retailers through regular store visits

+ Train store staff on products, promotions, and best practices

+ Execute in-store promotions and merchandising to boost sales

+ Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and ticket flow

+ Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance

+ Serve as the key link between retailers and internal teams

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $39,848 - $103,002 . The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
