Role Description The Retail Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Hillsboro, OR. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include explaining features and benefits of mobile devices and related services, processing sales and returns, and ensuring accurate use of point-of-sale systems. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking merchandise, and supporting promotional activities. The Retail Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering friendly, professional, and compliant customer service.
