Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. - Accurately process transactions and manage daily cash control procedures. - Receive, process, and organize incoming/outbound merchandise shipments. - Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain organized stockrooms. - Execute floor sets, uphold merchandising standards, and prepare for inventory counts. - Facilitate special customer orders, merchandise transfers, and process returns/exchanges. - Respond to inquiries via email and other channels, coordinating with team members to resolve issues. - Identify and report safety, facility, and housekeeping concerns. - Open and close store following established procedures and company policies.
