Job Summary
The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales growth, membership enrollment, local marketing initiatives, and daily car wash operations. This role leads by example, coaches and mentors team members, builds strong customer relationships, and helps ensure the Tommy’s Express brand is represented positively in the community.

Position Responsibilities
·       Coach and mentor team to improve sales and membership sign-ups
·       Coordinate and participate in local marketing campaigns
·       Assist guest with App and membership sign-ups 
·       Host customer appreciation events 
·       Promote social media following and customer reviews
·       Partner with local businesses to market Tommy’s  
·       Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash 
·       Exceed overall guest expectations on experience 
·       Create and retain new customer relations, including sales of monthly wash packages 
·       Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to operate car wash equipment  
·       Help maintain wash equipment and perform routine care as needed 
·       Oversee all property aesthetics  
·       Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds 
·       Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle 
·       Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture  
·       Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. 

Physical Demands
·       Able to work in a fast-paced environment
·       Able to move inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
·       Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
·       Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
·       Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
·       Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers


Travel
Travel may be required for sales and marketing opportunities.
