Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a Retail Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for skincare product knowledge, selling products, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Act as first point of contact by welcoming customers in the retail store
• Explain products and services to customers
• Engage customers in short dialogue to determine their purchasing needs
• Basic understating of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in skincare product retail sales experience
• Share company's ideals of patient first, patient care
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Possess a caring and sympathetic manner
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
• Ability to relate to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making
• Ability to demonstrate quality customer service.
• Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures
