Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and fulfill retail customer orders according to order specifications.
- Use RFID technology, handheld scanners, and warehouse computer systems to locate, verify, and process merchandise.
- Verify item numbers, SKUs, quantities, labels, and order details to ensure shipping accuracy.
- Lift, move, sort, stage, and organize merchandise throughout the workday.
- Support special projects including inventory review, relabeling, sorting, order cleanup, and other warehouse initiatives.
- Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to supervisors.
- Maintain productivity goals while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, twisting, and moving products.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse and shipping operations.
