We are seeking a Spatial & Experience Designer to lead the design vision, spatial execution, and experiential standards for a rapidly expanding retail footprint. Working closely with executive leadership, creative teams, and retail operations, you will define how every location looks, feels, and functions, ensuring a consistent, elevated customer experience across all markets.

This is a highly visible role for a creative thinker who can balance innovation with execution, transform ideas into scalable systems, and create environments that leave lasting impressions. Leverage your expertise to translate brand, culture, and lifestyle into memorable physical experiences.

Qualifications 

• Experience in retail, interior, and/or spatial design
• Design software experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (or other design software)
• Strong design taste with a deep understanding of brand, space, and experience
• Ability to translate creative vision into clear, actionable standards
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding teams accountable to standards
• Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and consistency
