About This Role: 

Are you passionate about fitness and love connecting with people? As a Retail Sales Specialist at REP Fitness, you'll be at the heart of our Denver Showroom experience — helping customers find the equipment that fuels their goals. 

You'll collaborate with a driven team of retail and commercial specialists, supported by the Showroom Manager, while building real relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions. From guiding a first-time buyer to closing a major sale, every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact. 

Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   

  • Provide world-class service to our in-store customers.  
  • Assist customers with selection of gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products.  
  • Assist in loading the order after being selected by stockroom staff.  
  • Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience.  
  • Process sales orders, returns and exchanges.  
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in-store customer.  
  • Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM.  
  • Participate in ongoing product training to remain up to date with REPs newest products

  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent programs. 
  • Be able to quickly learn how to navigate and use complex warehouse management systems and customer relation management systems. 

 

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
