Retail Staff (Part-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, provide knowledgeable product information and assist guests when necessary. The Retail Cashier is also responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the retail outlet, responsible handling all monetary transactions and restocking products as needed.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Handling all monetary transactions in a responsible manner.
•  Provide excellent guest service
• Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
•  Provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests.
• Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all of the tasks contained therein.
