Overview
Our Layton location is looking for dependable and hardworking Retail Stock Associates to support our fast-paced discount retail environment. This position involves stocking and organizing a wide variety of merchandise including clothing, home goods, tools, electronics, groceries, sporting goods, furniture, and other overstock or liquidation products.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the sales floor and backroom
- Assist with unloading shipments and moving inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and shopper-friendly displays and aisles
- Rotate and organize incoming merchandise as new inventory arrives
- Identify damaged or misplaced products and communicate issues to management
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide friendly customer service
- Follow all store safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Support other departments as needed in a fast-changing retail environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing inventory
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas of the store
