Retail Store Associate - Part Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed family-owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are looking to hire a dependable Part-Time Retail Sales Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys an active, hands-on work environment. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service while assisting with stocking, receiving inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store

Schedule

• Part-time
  
• Consistent weekly schedule with flexibility based on employee availability
  
• Weekend and some evening availability may be required
  

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with exceptional service
  
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the day
  
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
  
• Rotate products and maintain accurate inventory presentation
  
• Keep the sales floor, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized
  
• Package customer purchases and assist with carry-outs when needed
  
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions
  
• Assist with opening and closing duties
  
• Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Previous retail, grocery, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  

Additional Requirements

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliable, dependable, and punctual
  
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift & lift up to 50 pounds
  
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move for extended periods
  
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple store locations
