This part-time Store Associate role is vital to retail success, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and sales achievement.
- Assist customers in person and via phone, identifying needs and recommending products
- Build trust and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Process sales accurately and meet sales goals
- Manage stock, prepare products, and maintain store presentation
- Support inventory control, merchandising, and cleaning
- Perform loading/unloading and assist with deliveries as needed
Requirements: Must be 18+, authorized to work, hold a valid driver’s license, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred: High School diploma or GED, retail/customer service experience, knowledge of paint products, and bilingual skills.
The position requires working within a 10-mile radius of Plainfield, IN, at a starting pay of $15/hr.
