About the Role:GREGGS Beauty Supply in Linden, NJ is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Clerk/Sales Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for beauty products and love helping customers find exactly what they need, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We train our entry level employees in any path they desire - Choose from Buying, Social Media, Managing, Office work, Bookkeeping, etc.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in locating beauty products, providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and product displays
- Restock shelves and inventory, ensuring product availability and proper merchandising
- Share with our customers the deals and promotions that we offer
Requirements:- Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems
- Interest or knowledge in beauty, hair care, or cosmetic products is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Available Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
