Retail Store Management

Seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail store, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and associates, fostering a culture of trust and professionalism.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and associate relations.
• Partner with teams on merchandise placement, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle budgeting, payroll, and expense management for multi-million-dollar sales volume.
• Act as Manager on Duty, set standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize reporting software and manage flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  
  Qualifications include 5+ years retail management experience in a big box or specialty store, strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
