Store Manager

Earning Potential: $65,000-$90,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses).

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you'll be the sole operator of one of our retail locations-handling everything from customer service and sales to inventory and store presentation. You'll receive extensive training and ongoing support, but you'll ultimately have the autonomy to run your store like it's your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, one-on-one customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep solutions.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and store upkeep.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising to company standards.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
  • Take ownership of your store's performance and success.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service (sales experience is a plus, but not required).

  • Reliable transportation to commute to assigned store.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
