Beyond of Ada is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing store performance, managing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop store associates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
- Drive sales performance and support achievement of store goals.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support promotions, special events, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or leadership experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and drive results.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying merchandise.
