As Retail Store Manager in Cedar Rapids, you’ll lead daily store operations, protect inventory accuracy, and elevate results through consistent execution and strong customer service. This position exists to ensure the shop runs smoothly, meets sales goals, and represents the Girl Scouts brand with integrity.
Key responsibilities include supervising one part-time staff member; managing merchandising, inventory counts, and replenishment; handling payments, returns, and order fulfillment; serving as the office lead for administrative coordination; and planning/executing pop-up retail events across the 38-county council territory.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Retail leadership experience (Sales Manager or store-lead background preferred)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with multitasking
- Clear communication and a customer-focused, problem-solving approach
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, some evenings, occasional weekends

As a hands-on Sales Manager presence, you’ll stay visible on the floor, ensure Customer Service standards are met, and wrap up by reconciling the day’s activity, noting follow-ups, and preparing the store for the next business day.
