About the Role

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
- Leadership experience in grocery, retail, discount retail, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- A proven track record of building, coaching, and developing successful teams.
- Experience improving operational systems and increasing efficiency.
- Strong experience with hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, supply chain, and retail POS systems.
- Experience planning promotions, community events, or local marketing initiatives is a plus.
