We are lookingfor a full time Store Manager for the Gift Shop at Baylor Scott & White - Hillcrest, in Waco, TX, who embodies these qualities and is ready to take our store to the next level.
Work Schedule: M-F, 7:45a - 4:15p (40 hours weekly)
Gift Shop Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8a - 7p
Saturday - Sunday: 10a - 6p
Position Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the gift shop's sales performance and ensuring the entire team is informed of store goals and performance progress. They play a key role in keeping the team updated on how the store is performing relative to these goals. Every employee contributes to achieving these performance objectives.
