We are supporting our client on a search for a Retail Store Manager to lead a beautiful, busy store in Los Angeles. This is a high-trust seat for a retail leader who loves coaching teams, hitting numbers, and delivering an experience customers tell their friends about.
You will run a team of associates, partner with district leadership, and have a clear path into multi-store roles. We are open to current store managers, strong assistant managers ready for their first GM role, and hospitality leaders making the jump.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
- Hit weekly and monthly sales, conversion, and labor targets
- Run the schedule, payroll, and time-off requests
- Train new hires and coach the team daily
- Manage visual merchandising and inventory standards
- Partner with district and brand teams on launches
- Handle customer escalations with grace
Requirements
- 3 plus years of retail experience including 1 plus year in management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people skills
- Comfort with POS systems and basic retail analytics
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- In-store presence five days per week including some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
