Batteries Plus is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to join our team in Macon, GA. Offering $45,000 - $60,000 peryear and 2 weeks of paid time off per year, this role is ideal for a retail leader who is ready to contribute!This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including peak seasons and special events. The Retail Store Manager must be able to work at multiple store locations as needed and travel locally up to 15% of the time. You will implement retail and in-store selling programs, establish and monitor sales goals, and collaborate with the commercial sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Throughout the day, you will support order processing and customer service initiatives while ensuring merchandising, inventory, and safety standards are consistently maintained. You will oversee assistant managers, manage controllable expenses to help control costs, and schedule team members based on business needs. You will also play a key role in developing a high-performing team through coaching, recognition, and evaluations while recruiting talented individuals who will contribute to the positive culture and continued success of the store.
