We are a fast-paced, high-volume retail store located in Monsey, NY, catering to a loyal and growing customer base both in-store and online. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and experienced individual to manage our day-to-day operations and help drive our continued success across all sales channels.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Store & E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our retail and online operations. This role involves managing staff, customer service, inventory, scheduling, online order fulfillment, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a busy retail environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead all store employees, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of staff
  • Oversee in-store customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stock levels, receiving, and organization
  • Oversee and streamline online operations: order processing, packaging, shipping, and customer communication
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for ownership
  • Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store and storage areas
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and trends in the market

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management and/or e-commerce operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
  • Availability to work full-time, including Sundays and some evenings
