- Supervises staff, including hiring, distributing, and reviewing work, performing performance reviews, documenting disciplinary actions and other human resource administration, managing work schedules, and approving timecards. Provides professional development opportunities.
- Oversees retail financial analysis and inventory management and control. Monitors retail operations budget and ensures budgetary guidelines.
- Creates scheduling, training, loss prevention plans, promotions, and events. Works effectively across University departments to implement marketing and communications strategies, including social media and advertising.
