What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations

Compensation & Schedule:

Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months Then transition to: Base + Commission + Overrides + Incentives + Bonuses Predictable retail hours, no overnights, and minimal admin work

Proven leader in premium or service‑focused retail Strong sales coach with consistent KPI results Weekend availability and occasional events in Largo, FL Hands‑on, driven, and ready to build a strong team
