Job Title: Retail Store Manager.
Location: Washington, DC (Union Station).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the HBCU retail store.
- Recruit, train, and schedule retail associates.
- Monitor sales goals and create strategies to increase performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with brand mission.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee inventory and restocking.
- Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed.
- Communicate with headquarters on marketing and promotions.
- Helping with social media post.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Passion for community, culture, and empowerment initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to analyze performance and drive improvements.
- Reliable and adaptable with a hands-on leadership style.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
