We’re excited to add a Retail Operations Shift Lead to our growing team to support daily store operations and customer service excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide customers with accurate information about store products and available services
- Support customer inquiries and requests both in person and by phone
- Handle daily store opening and closing procedures
- Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities to ensure efficient operations
- Welcome customers and deliver courteous, professional assistance
- Keep the sales floor, stock areas, and displays clean and well-organized at all times
- Process customer purchases accurately, including payments and receipt issuance
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as necessary
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by store management
What You’ll Need:
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus
