Lead day-to-day field operations on retail and commercial interiors projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Drive project schedules and maintain critical milestones. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Maintain accurate site reports and project documentation.

A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience delivering retail and commercial interiors projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination. Experience managing occupied spaces, phased projects, and fast-track schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of NYC building codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Organized, proactive, and able to lead multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.
