Description

• • Lead day-to-day field operations on retail and commercial interiors projects
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to ensure smooth project execution
  • Drive project schedules and maintain critical milestones
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Maintain accurate site reports and project documentation

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience delivering retail and commercial interiors projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
  • Experience managing occupied spaces, phased projects, and fast-track schedules
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of NYC building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Organized, proactive, and able to lead multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
