Retail Superintendent - Walmart/Sam's (Southeast Travel)

Description

• Manage Walmart and Sam's Club remodel projects across NC, SC, and TN
• Lead daily site operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet client standards, budgets, and deadlines
• Travel between project locations with typical assignments lasting 3 months

Profile

A successful Retail Superintendent should have:

• Experience as a Superintendent on Walmart, Sam's Club, or Publix projects
• Background in retail remodels and/or ground-up construction
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
• Ability to work night shifts when project schedules require
• Walmart certification highly preferred

Job Offer

$95,000-$105,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus

• $40/day per diem and $165/week vehicle allowance
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and 8 company holidays
