As a Retail Store Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist the Retail Manager with overseeing staff, projects, and tasks at hand in retail outlets.

What will you be doing?

• Assist with training and coaching staff members.
• Communicate effectively with manager, associates vendors, and guests.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Help motivate staff to perform according to the Marcus Corporation Mission Statement.
• Benchmark sales, set goals, and strive to exceed budget within Payroll.
• Plan and execute monthly inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Prior experience as a Retail Supervisor strongly preferred.
• Must work well both with others and independently and be a team player.
• Must be creative and willing to provide new ideas.
• Detail oriented with a high degree of organization and motivation with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven.
• Must possess good organizational /time management skills.
• Able to develop camaraderie with team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
