As Retail Supervisor you are a key leadership presence on the shop floor, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations, team coordination and commercial performance. You’ll serve as a Vivobarefoot ambassador, coaching colleagues, supporting customers on their barefoot journey, and helping bring the mission to life every day.

WHERE YOU’LL PLAY

Deliver the Vivobarefoot Experience

  • Deliver warm, authentic customer experiences every day.

  • Guide customers through their barefoot journey using strong product knowledge.

  • Support fittings, product recommendations and education.

Team Leadership & Shift Ownership

  • Act as leader on duty during assigned shifts.

  • Support team communication, coaching and execution.

  • Reinforce store priorities and customer service expectations.

Community Engagement

  • Support in-store events, workshops, walks and run clubs.

  • Welcome and engage community members attending store activations.

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Support achievement of sales, conversion, ATV and UPT goals.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and team-first selling behaviours.

Operational Excellence

  • Support opening and closing procedures.

  • Maintain store standards, cleanliness and organisation.

  • Follow cash handling and operational procedures.

Inventory & Product Care

  • Receive and process deliveries accurately.

  • Support inventory accuracy, replenishment and stockroom organisation.

Visual Merchandising

  • Support visual merchandising execution and product presentation.

  • Maintain displays aligned with brand standards.

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to lead by example and inspire teammates.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for movement, health, wellbeing, sustainability or outdoor lifestyles.

  • Experience in footwear, apparel, lifestyle, wellness or specialty retail preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds.

  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and navigate stairs.
